Programme dates, formats, cohort sizes, and facilitators are as described on our website at the time of registration and may vary between cohorts.
Our programmes are designed for adult women (18+). By registering, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are able to participate in the activities involved, including physical activities such as yoga and Kalaripayattu during the Yatra.
Registration is confirmed once payment is received through our payment partner, Razorpay. Pricing for each programme is listed on the relevant page at the time of booking. For Corporate Programmes, payment terms are agreed individually and confirmed in writing (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for standard terms).
We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from a transaction being declined by your bank or card issuer, including where this happens because a preset transaction limit agreed between us and our payment partner has been exceeded.
Shakti Yatra offers reflective, experiential, and leadership-oriented programming. It is not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment. If you are managing a physical or mental health condition, please consult a qualified professional and inform us in advance so we can support you appropriately, particularly for the Yatra.
Our programmes – especially the Yatra and 30-Day Journey – involve close community engagement with other participants, including access to a private community platform (such as our Online Sangha). We ask all Yatris to engage with honesty, respect, and confidentiality toward what is shared by others in the circle.
Your access to the community platform is personal to you and may not be shared, sold, or transferred to anyone else. Please don’t use the community platform or live sessions to promote or advertise your own business, products, or separate groups – this keeps the space focused on what it’s there for.
We reserve the right to remove any participant whose conduct compromises the safety, confidentiality, or dignity of the group, without refund, in serious cases.
All frameworks, content, session materials, recordings, the Shakti Yatra name, and the design and content of our website are the intellectual property of Shakti Movement Private Limited (or licensed to us). Recording of live sessions, whether audio or video, is not permitted without our prior written consent. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or redistribute programme content without our written permission. Unauthorised use may result in a claim for damages.
Any trademarks appearing on our website that don’t belong to us are acknowledged as the property of their respective owners.
While we do our best to provide a smooth online experience, we can’t guarantee that live sessions or platform access will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We’re not responsible for technical difficulties on your end (such as your internet connection or device), but we will make reasonable efforts to help resolve issues arising on our end – see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for what this means for you.
While we take care to design safe, well-facilitated experiences – including during travel, temple visits, and physical activities on the Yatra – participation is at your own risk. Shakti Movement Private Limited is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation, except where caused by our negligence.
We may make reasonable changes to facilitators, venues, or session content between cohorts to continue improving the experience, as reflected in our commitment to honest, evolving work. We may also update these Terms and Conditions from time to time; we’d encourage you to check back periodically, and continued use of our Services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
