Refund and Cancellation Policy

We want every Yatri to feel secure in her decision to join us. Here is exactly how cancellations and refunds work across our offerings.

Masterclass

No-questions-asked refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the session – or, if you’d prefer, we’ll shift your registration to the next available batch at no extra cost.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable, though we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a batch shift where possible.

30-Day Online Journey to Shakti Within

Fully refundable if requested before access to the course content is granted.
Once access has been granted, the enrolment is non-refundable, as programme materials and your cohort spot are activated at that point.

Shakti Yatra – Hybrid (108-day journey)

Because this journey involves early commitments to venues, facilitators, and travel logistics for the 9-day in-person immersion, refunds follow the schedule below, based on when you inform us of your cancellation, relative to the start of your pre-integration period (which begins 2 weeks before the in-person immersion).

In practice, since pre-integration starts only 2 weeks before the immersion, this makes no real difference within the “less than 30 days” bracket – it’s the same outcome whether counted from the pre-integration start or the immersion start date. The schedule applies to the full 108-day programme (in-person immersion plus the 14-week pre/post integration period).

There is no separate deposit/balance structure – the full payment is treated as one amount for the purposes of this refund schedule.

Corporate Programmes

Payment terms are agreed individually with each organisation and confirmed in writing at the time of contracting. Our standard terms are:

50% advance payment to confirm the engagement
Remaining balance invoiced and payable within 7 business days of programme completion

Cancellation terms for Corporate Programmes will be specified in the individual agreement with the organisation.

Force majeure – if we cannot deliver

If Shakti Movement Private Limited is unable to conduct a Masterclass, the 30-Day Journey, or the Yatra due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, facilitator illness, or venue unavailability), you will receive a full refund, regardless of the notice-period schedule above.

Technical issues on our end

If a technical issue on our side prevents you from accessing a live Masterclass or a live session within the 30-Day Journey, we will provide a full refund (or, where you prefer, a seat in the next available session) to the participants affected.

How refunds are processed

Once a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. To request a refund, email us at connect@shaktiyatra.co.in with your registration details.

Policy changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and we’ll let current participants know of any change that affects them.
