How You Will Awaken Your Inner Power

Immersive experiences,

woven across the journey.

Real change needs a shift in space and rhythm. These are the practices we walk into – in different cities, with different teachers, on different days.

Kolam Yoga

01 · Creativity & Alignment

Kolam Yoga

Drawing the day into existence – patterns, devotion, design. A morning practice as old as the South.

02 · Focus & Strength

Kalaripayattu

India’s oldest martial art form, originally feminine. Returning to the body that knows how to hold ground.
Lotus Pond

03 · Self-Awareness

Silent Immersion

Silence, breath, and inquiry. The longest practice – the most necessary one.

04 · Perspective

Life in Natural Environment

The land as teacher. Forest, sea-air, sky at 5am. The reset you cannot buy in a city.

05 · Sustainable Living

Conscious Fashion

A workshop visit to Hibiscus Heroes. Plant-based dyes, recycled wild leaves, ethics on your skin.

06 · Childlike Joy

Outdoor Play

Frisbee, kho kho, mountain-and-ice. Barefoot on green grass. The child who lives in you, fully met.

07 · Harmony & Rhythm

Drum Circle

Emotional release through rhythm – held in the circle of the cohort. The unspeakable becomes danceable.

08 · Energy & Power

Ancient Shakti Temples

Kanchipuram – one of India’s most powerful Shakti Peeths. Where intention becomes ritual, ritual becomes return.

The Journey

Three places.

One complete arc.

Each city was chosen to support a specific inner shift. Together, they form the journey.

Bengaluru

Hub of women leaders.

Bangalore is where ambition, responsibility and performance are lived every day. We begin here to reflect on your current work life, patterns and pressures – and consciously begin to bridge inner purpose with outer action, anchoring the path of Karmayoga.

Auroville

Conscious living, beyond conditioning.

A global experimental township dedicated to human evolution and conscious living – beyond religion and politics. Rooted in sustainable living, it offers a rare space to step out of conditioning, heal money and relationship patterns, and integrate material and spiritual needs in every area of life.

Kanchipuram

Ancient Shakti Peeth.

An ancient Shakti Peeth – a seat of divine feminine power where spiritual wisdom has been embodied for centuries. Here the journey’s insights are integrated, intentions sealed, and inner power anchored – so you return with clarity, confidence and grounded action.

Day by Day

Nine days.

A complete inner arc.

A glimpse into the rhythm of the journey – each day with its own theme, intention, and shape.

Bengaluru

Arrival & Intention Setting

Welcome circle, intention-setting and soul values – and the first honest, vulnerable sharing in trusted small circles.

Bengaluru

Understanding Shakti & Self

Mapping your vision across self, work, wealth and relationships – and the first honest look at your money beliefs.

Bengaluru → Auroville

Aligning Work, Impact & Self

Leadership dialogues with conscious women leaders on aligning work, impact and self. Then we travel south.

Auroville

Immersion in Auroville

Matrimandir at dawn. A conscious-fashion workshop visit. Meditation in the gardens at sunset.

Auroville

Swadharma & Conscious Living

Kalaripayattu. The Swadharma session. A wealth audit. A visit to a living example of conscious, sustainable community.

Auroville

Building Deeper Bonds

A dialogue on embodying Shakti consciousness. Mapping a long-horizon wealth trajectory. An invocation of abundance.

Auroville

Communication & Compassion

A release ritual to let go of old pain. A session on Shakti Leadership. Conscious communication practice. A drum circle.

Auroville → Kanchipuram

Letting Your Shakti Shine

Sri Yantra through Kolam yoga. Building your integration plan. Travel to Kanchipuram, with an evening temple darshan.

Kanchipuram

Memories of Your Shakti

Kamakshi Amman Temple at 6 AM. Sri Yantra Kolam Offering seeking blessings of the divine feminine. Memories and wishes. Return home – bags full, hearts fuller.

Shakti Yatra is unlike any program I've attended before. True to its purpose, it is a deeply experiential journey - both inward and outward. What I value most are the lifelong friendships and the strong support network I've built with women from diverse backgrounds. Shakti Yatra doesn't just end with the program - it continues through the community it creates.

In Their Own Words

What they

took home.

I have a blessed life. Loved the action-oriented approach rather than theory or abstract concepts. Loved how holistic the approach was - self, work, wealth and relationships.

Tamanna Gupta

Sales & Marketing · IIM-B Alumna · Mumbai

Introspection and self-reflection allowed me to consider other perspectives on all of the themes. I had never thought about these things so deeply.

Ruby Dhingra

Head of Digital Media · New Delhi

I feel more invigorated and confident. The Swadharma session opened a window - an a-ha moment of self-direction.

Dr. Shweta Jindal

Public Health · New Delhi

I have a clearer sense of who I am and what truly matters. I'm now giving myself permission to be fully myself - without needing external approval.

Sirisha Erra

Corporate Finance · Hyderabad

Listening to the stories of resilience during the River of Life was deeply humbling and empowering. We hold within us great strength.

Anusha Purushotham

Dancer · Bengaluru

The NVC session was an eye-opener. The time Shruti spent with me helped me look at my current situation through new eyes.

Frequently Asked

Everything else

you might be wondering.

Women – typically 30 to 50 – who are at a real threshold. Career transitions, founders building something new, professionals seeking alignment without burnout. You don’t need to have it figured out. You need to be honest enough to admit you’re ready for something deeper.

Accommodation, all meals, group transport across the three cities, every session and speaker, cycle access in Auroville, and the 12 weeks of weekly accountability calls after. No hidden costs. EMI available on request.

Yes. The Yatra stands on its own. The Masterclass and the 30-Day Program are doors in for women who want to feel the work first – but they’re not prerequisites for Shakti Yatra.

Yes. Cohort 1 included women who were single, married, divorced, and widowed – aged 29 to 70. The journey is for any woman navigating the work / wealth / relationships triangle, regardless of marital status or life stage.

Then Shakti Yatra isn’t right for you yet – but the 30-Day Program might be. It’s designed for women who need a structured month inside their existing life. Many graduates eventually do the Yatra in a later cohort.

Spiritual, not religious. We blend modern frameworks (NVC, financial coaching, leadership models) with ancient wisdom (Swadharma, the Mother’s Four Powers, Auroville’s Karmayoga). You don’t need to share any specific belief system to belong here.

A 30-minute call with Shruti to make sure it’s a fit – both ways. Then a deposit to reserve your place. Then we send the full itinerary, packing guide, and pre-arrival prep.
